Shipping Policies:

  1. Processing Time:

    • Ready-Made Items: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
    • Custom-Made Items: These items will have a longer processing time, typically 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. You will be notified with an estimated shipping time at the time of purchase.
  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight. We offer standard shipping options.
  3. Shipping Locations:

    • We ship domestically within United states.
  4. Tracking Information:

    • All orders will include tracking information, which will be sent via email once your item has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Ready-Made Items:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  2. Custom-Made Items:

    • Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Cancellations:

  • Ready-Made Items: Cancellations can be requested before the item is shipped.
  • Custom Orders: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
