- Ready-Made Items: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- Custom-Made Items: These items will have a longer processing time, typically 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. You will be notified with an estimated shipping time at the time of purchase.

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight. We offer standard shipping options.

- We ship domestically within United states.

Tracking Information:
- All orders will include tracking information, which will be sent via email once your item has been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges:

Ready-Made Items:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom-Made Items:
- Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Cancellations:
- Ready-Made Items: Cancellations can be requested before the item is shipped.
- Custom Orders: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
